New on-line article - CTBites

Our Nicasia cookie is named for our friend Rosy's baby, Nicasia, born December 2010. Rosy is the owner of the commercial kitchen we use and Nicasia graces our presence there just about every day. We love her.

Lavender is back

The snow is melting and it feels like the beginning of spring. It's March and lavender cookies are back!

when all you have is lemons...

So you buy a bag of cookies and on your way home it drops to the floor. Each cookie breaks and instead of having the wonderful sensation of biting into a perfect round, you have broken morsels and crumbs to lick.
Here's an idea to use: Take your cosmo cookies and pulverize them to a fine dust. Take a wet martini glass and dip the rim into them, instead of sugar. Then pour your favorite vodka martini and enjoy the spoils of your mishap.
